4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat

When hot, add bacon slices in a single layer

Cook for 1-2 min on both sides until browned and crispy

Drain the bacon slices on kitchen paper and chop them
