1 leaf Lettuce
 
35g Cheddar Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine whisked eggs with cheddar cheese, half the amount of chopped tomatoes, salt, and ground black pepper

Mix well
