25g Cheddar Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
0.5 tbsp Parsley
 
35g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 tsp Greek Yoghurt

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine whisked eggs with cheddar cheese, finely chopped chorizo, salt, and ground black pepper

Mix well
