Ingredients:
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
90g Turkey Breast
 
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
40g Asparagus
 
3 tbsp Sour Cream

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F

Melt half of the butter over medium heat, in an oven-proof frying skillet

Season the turkey generously with salt and ground black pepper and fry for 2-3 min on each side or until golden brown

Finish off the turkey in the oven

When the turkey is cooked through and has an internal temperature of at least 70°C/160°F, place it on a plate

Pour turkey drippings into a small saucepan

Add sour cream and cream cheese

Stir and bring to a light boil

Lower the heat and let simmer until thickened

Season with salt and ground black pepper

5.

Heat remaining butter in a frying pan over high heat

Quickly sauté the asparagus until crispy

6.

Serve turkey with cream sauce and fried asparagus
