1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Hot Sauce
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
15g Coriander (Cilantro)
 
115g Minced Pork (Ground Pork)
 
1 pinch Italian Seasoning
 
115g Minced Turkey (Ground Turkey)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
10ml Lemon Juice
 
80g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
15g Mozzarella Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
 
5 leaves Basil

Instructions:
1.

Cut courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Toss with salt, and place in a colander to drain for 10 min

In a bowl, mix ground pork, ground turkey, garlic, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, red chili pepper flakes (optional), cilantro, and black ground pepper

Mix well with your hands or fork, then form small balls

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 min until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally

Set aside

In the same pan, melt butter

Then add lemon juice, hot sauce, courgette noodles, and cook for 3-4 min, stirring regularly, until courgette noodles are done but still crisp and juices have reduced a bit

Serve meatballs with courgette noodles on a plate and garnish with fresh basil
