25g Cherry Tomatoes
 
5g Basil

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and ground black pepper

Then add basil, and stir

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes

Then pour the egg mixture on top of the tomatoes

Wait until the eggs are slightly cooked and top with mozzarella cheese
