Ingredients:
 
200g Cauliflower
 
150g Tofu
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 tsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika

Instructions:

Place cauliflower in a steamer over boiling water and cook for 10 min or until soft

Remove from the heat and drain well

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Season tofu with salt, ground black pepper, and ground paprika

Add the tofu to the pan and fry for 3-4 min on each side until crispy

Put the cooked cauliflower in a food processor with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, and melted butter

Pulse until the consistency is smooth

Serve the cauliflower puree on a plate with the tofu cubes

Garnish with parsley
