Ingredients:
 
4 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
150g Cauliflower
 
100g (0.66 cup) Tofu
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
2 tsp Lime Juice
 
1 tsp Parsley
 
1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
1.

Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice into small cubes

In a small bowl, mix together tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Add tofu, stir well, and set aside

Place chopped cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat

Add cauliflower rice and cook for 3-5 min, then remove and set aside

In the same pan, add tofu with sauce and fry until brown

6.

In a serving bowl add cauliflower rice, top with tofu, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley
