Ingredients:
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
240g Tofu
 
1g Sesame Seeds
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
30g Bell Peppers

Instructions:
1.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce with garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and ground black pepper

Set aside

Drain off tofu and slice it into small cubes

Heat half of the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add tofu cubes and cook until golden on all sides

Set aside

Into the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat

Add bell pepper and cook for 5 min

Add tofu back into the pan

Pour in the sauce and gently toss

Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
