Ingredients:
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
240g Tofu
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Curry Powder
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 handful Spinach
 
25g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 tsp Oregano
 
2 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions:
1.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add garlic and cook for 30 sec

Then add chopped cherry tomatoes and spinach, cook for 1 min

4.

Crumble the tofu with a fork, season with salt, and curry powder

5.

Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and mix well

6.

Cook for another 5-7 min until tofu is slightly browned

Garnish with oregano and drizzle with lime juice and enjoy!
