1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
170g Tofu
 
40g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tsp Mustard
 
15g Butter
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
37ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
15g Cream Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C

Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice into small cubes

Set aside

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat

Add cream cheese, double cream, and cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally

Add garlic powder, mustard, salt, ground black pepper, and cheddar cheese

Cook until cheese melts and the sauce is smooth

Place tofu cubes in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the tofu

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 min until the top is golden and bubbly
