50g Lettuce
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Ground Turmeric
 
80g Tilapia Fillet
 
1 tbsp Sour Cream
 
50g Kale
 
2 tbsp Provolone Cheese

Instructions:

Season the raw tilapia fillet with salt, turmeric powder, and ground black pepper

Grease a non-stick pan with half of the olive oil and fry the tilapia fillet over medium heat for 3 min on each side

Stir well to coat
