2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
30g (0.50 cup) Spinach
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
2 pinches Sesame Seeds
 
1 pinch Ground Ginger
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
170g Salmon Fillet
 
2 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
 
1 pinch Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger and sesame seeds

Add salmon fillet and toss to coat

Heat olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Place salmon fillet into the pan and cook for 3-4 min on each side

Serve the salmon with chopped cherry tomatoes, courgette and drizzle with lemon juice
