4 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 pinch Ground Cardamom
 
4 drops Vanilla Extract
 
1 pinch Erythritol
 
2 tbsp Mascarpone
 
60g Strawberries

Instructions:

Clean and remove the stems from the strawberries

Cut them in half, add them to a bowl, and using a fork mash them

Set aside

In a bowl, beat the double cream using a whisk or an electric mixer until soft peaks form and set aside

Then fold in the whipped double cream
