Ingredients:
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Dried Oregano
 
3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
120g Broccoli

Instructions:

Add chopped broccoli to a steamer basket and place it in a saucepan filled with water (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Bring to a boil, cover, and steam until crisp-tender, for about 5 min

In the meantime, place the double cream and butter into a saucepan and gently heat it up

Add the grated cheddar cheese and cream cheese

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and oregano

Stir until melted and bring to a simmer

Once it starts to bubble, take off the heat

Mix until smooth and creamy

For a thicker sauce, cook for 3-5 min more while stirring

If too thick, add a splash of water

Serve steamed broccoli in a bowl with cheese sauce on top
