Ingredients:
 
10ml Olive Oil
 
1.5 tbsp Blue Cheese
 
5g Butter
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
10g Bacon
 
2 tbsp Beef Stock
 
1 pinch Salt
 
150g Cherry Tomatoes
 
75g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
100g Beef Steak

Instructions:
1.

Season beef steak with salt and ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add beef steak and cook for 4-5 min on each side

Set the steak aside and place bacon in the pan

Cook until crispy and then transfer the bacon onto the steak

In the same pan, melt butter over low heat

Add heavy cream, beef broth, and garlic powder

Simmer the gravy for 2-3 min

Stir crumbled blue cheese into the gravy and cook until thickens

Then remove from the heat and pour the gravy onto the steak

Serve on a plate with chopped mixed salad leaves and chopped cherry tomatoes
