25g Cheddar Cheese
 
5g Butter

1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Single Cream

Instructions:

Crack eggs into a bowl

Add single cream, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and whisk together

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Add courgette and cook, stirring, just until beginning to wilt, for about 1 min

Add the egg mixture into the pan with courgette

Cook over medium heat, pushing the egg mixture back and forth with a spatula, for about 3 min

Then add Cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese starts to melt, for about 30 sec
