Ingredients:
 
100g Cauliflower
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
10ml Water
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Ground Ginger
 
0.5 tsp Hot Sauce
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
 
100g Pork Chop
 
15g Butter
 
50g Bell Peppers

Instructions:
1.

Place chopped cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Set aside

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Add sliced pork chop, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic powder

Stir well and cook for 8 min until brown

Add tamari, water, and hot sauce, and cook for 3-4 min

Then add sliced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 min until soft

Remove from the pan and set aside

5.

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat

Add cauliflower rice, season with salt and ground black pepper, and cook for 5 min until soft

6.

In a serving bowl add cauliflower rice and top with pork mixture
