150g Tomatoes
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add finely chopped tomato and garlic to the frying pan and cook for about 3-4 min

Gently crack the eggs into the frying pan over the tomato

Cover and cook for 4-5 min over low heat until egg whites cook

Season with salt and ground black pepper
