Ingredients:
 
60g Tomatoes
 
115g (0.50 cup) Green Beans
 
180g Tofu
 
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
5 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1.

Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice it

Set aside

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic powder, ground paprika, salt, and ground black pepper

Add tofu and stir well

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add tofu and fry for about 3-4 min on each side until brown

4.

Into the same nonstick frying pan, add chopped green beans and sliced courgette

Cook for about 3-4 min

Serve and enjoy!
