Ingredients:
 
20g Asparagus
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
115g Salmon Fillet
 
35g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
115g Broccoli
 
15g Radish
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
5g Sesame Seeds
 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds

Set aside

Rinse and trim the woody ends of asparagus

3.

Season the salmon with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Let the broccoli simmer in a pot of boiling lightly salted water for 2 min

Remove from the pot and set aside

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan where you can fit salmon, broccoli, and asparagus

Fry the asparagus and broccoli over medium heat for 3 min

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Gather everything in one half of the frying pan

Add the salmon to the same pan and fry for 4-5 min on each side

Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork

Serve the salmon, asparagus, and broccoli on a plate with cherry tomatoes and radishes

Drizzle the sesame dressing over the salmon
