The salmon is then paired with an assortment of fresh greens and crunchy vegetables, including crisp lettuce, tangy cherry tomatoes, and juicy cucumber slices. Topped off with a generous drizzle of sesame oil dressing and sprinkled with sesame seeds for added texture, this dish is both nutritious and delicious!

75g Lettuce
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
170g Salmon Fillet
 
20g Radish
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, half of the olive oil, lime juice, and sesame seeds

Set aside

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat
