85g Lettuce
 
30g Radish
 
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
10ml Lime Juice
 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 
170g Salmon Fillet
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, mix together tamari sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds

Set aside

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized chunks and season salmon with salt and ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add the salmon chunks and fry for 10-13 min

Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork

To a bowl add fried salmon, sliced radishes, and chopped lettuce

Drizzle the sesame dressing over the salad
