60g Lettuce
 
150g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Ginger
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
100g Beef Fillet
 
1 pinch Chilli Powder

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce , garlic powder, ground ginger, and chili powder if using

Pour over sliced beef fillet and mix to coat

Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add beef slices and cook for 7-8 min on each side until brown

To a serving bowl, add lettuce, courgette, beef slices, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
