Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
20g Cherry Tomatoes
 
4 leaves Basil
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with double cream, salt, garlic, and ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Pour the egg mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for 20 sec

Stir with a wooden spoon, lifting and folding it over from the bottom of the pan

Remove from the pan when slightly runny

Transfer the scrambled eggs onto a plate and serve with cherry tomatoes

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and garnish with fresh basil
