40g Smoked Salmon Fillet
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tbsp Parsley
 
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:
1.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add heavy cream and let it bubble for about 10 sec or until creamy

Crack the eggs straight into the frying pan and stir so everything gets well incorporated

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Put the scrambled eggs on a plate and serve with sliced smoked salmon

Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with parsley
