55g Salmon Fillet
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Dill
 
2 Egg(s)
 
2 pinches Ground Paprika
 
3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat

Add double cream and let it bubble for 10 sec until creamy

Crack the eggs straight into the pan and stir so everything gets well incorporated

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Keep stirring until it's cooked just the way you like it

In a bowl mix together lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, salt, chopped dill, cream cheese, and ground paprika

Put the scrambled eggs on a plate and serve with smoked salmon and lemon cream cheese dip
