3 Egg(s)
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
4 leaves Basil

Instructions:

In a bowl, beat the eggs with 2 tbsp of water until thoroughly combined

Place olive oil into a frying pan and bring to medium heat

Pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan

Scramble slowly until the eggs are solid for about 3-5 min

Season them with salt and ground black pepper

Place scrambled eggs on a plate and serve with smoked salmon on the side
