1.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
115g Salmon Fillet
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
40g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
1 pinch Salt
 
30g (1.00 cup) Spinach

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 175°C/350°F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Season the salmon with salt and ground black pepper

Place on the baking sheet, skin-side down
