80g Tomatoes
 
15g (0.50 cup) Lettuce
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
30g (1.00 cup) Rocket (Arugula)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
140g Salmon Fillet
 
1 tbsp Dill
 
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

Season salmon with salt and ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Add the salmon and fry until nicely browned, for 4-5 min on each side (cooking time depends on the thickness of salmon)

Test the salmon for doneness by poking the thickest part with a chopstick or fork, the salmon should flake

If not, fry for 1-2 min more, or until the salmon just flakes

Meanwhile, place softened cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a small bowl

Mix well with a fork

Place salmon, tomato, and leafy greens on a plate
