1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g Smoked Salmon Fillet
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
3 pinches Paprika
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Add heavy cream and let it bubble for 10 sec, until creamy

Crack the eggs straight into the pan and stir so everything gets well incorporated

Keep stirring until it's cooked just the way you like it
