60g Cauliflower
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tsp Lemon Juice
 
170g Salmon Fillet
 
1 tsp Parsley

Instructions:

Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Melt butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add cauliflower rice and cook for 3-5 min

Transfer to a serving plate and set aside

In the same pan, add olive oil and salmon fillet
