Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
22g Mayonnaise
 
115g Salmon Fillet
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
180g Broccoli

Instructions:
1.

In a small bowl mix mayonnaise and lemon juice

Set aside for later

Season salmon with salt and ground black pepper

Heat half of the oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add seasoned salmon to the pan and fry for 4-5 min on each side, until the salmon is nicely browned

Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork

Remove from pan and keep warm

Add the remaining oil to the same pan and cook the broccoli over medium heat for 3-4 min or until it is slightly softened and golden brown

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste

5.

Serve the fried salmon and broccoli together with the lemon mayonnaise
