50g Asparagus
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
160g Salmon Fillet
 
90g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1.

Rinse and trim the asparagus

Season the salmon with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan where you can fit both salmon and asparagus

Fry the asparagus over medium heat for 3 min

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Gather everything in one half of the frying pan

If necessary, add more olive oil and fry the salmon in the same pan for 4-5 min on each side

Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork

Serve the salmon and asparagus on a plate with cherry tomatoes

Drizzle with lemon juice and the remaining olive oil
