Salmon Tikka Masala is a delightful and flavourful meal that is keto-friendly. This dish features succulent salmon marinated in a mixture of yoghurt and spices, and then cooked in a creamy and tangy tomato and coconut-based sauce. It's a perfect balance of spice, tang and creamy richness that is ideal for anyone on a low-carb, high-fat diet.

Ingredients:
 
2 Salmon Fillet
 
150g Greek Yoghurt
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
1 tbsp Ginger
 
1 tsp Turmeric
 
2 tsp Ground Cumin
 
2 tsp Ground Coriander (Ground Cilantro)
 
1 tsp Paprika
 
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 
1 pinch Salt
 
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
 
1 Onion
 
120ml (0.50 cup) Coconut Cream
 
1 handful Coriander (Cilantro)

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, mix 150g full-fat yoghurt with 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt

Add 2 skinless salmon fillets to the marinade and cover well until the salmon is evenly coated

Marinate for at least 1 hour

Diced salmon can also be used

Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté 1 diced onion until softened

Add 1/2 cup of coconut cream to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes

Add the marinated salmon to the saucepan along with any remaining marinade and stir well to combine

Cook the salmon until it is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes

7.

Add a handful of fresh chopped coriander and serve hot
