30g Salami
 
3.5 tbsp Portobello Mushrooms
 
3 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
5 tbsp Provolone Cheese
 
25g Bell Peppers
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 375 F/190 C

On the baking tray, line baking paper and arrange salami slices

Sprinkle provolone cheese over each salami slice

Chop the mushrooms and lay them on top of the cheese, add sliced bell pepper

Sprinkle ground black pepper on top

Bake for about 4-5 min

Allow the cheese to cool and then roll-up
