20g Salami
 
15g Portobello Mushrooms
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
80g Mozzarella Cheese
 
1 handful Rocket (Arugula)

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 190°C/375°F

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place salami slices

Lay a piece of mozzarella cheese over each salami slice

Chop the mushrooms and lay them on each cheese and salami slice

Sprinkle ground black pepper on top

Bake for about 4-5 min

Allow the cheese to cool and then roll-up

Serve with rocket leaves on a side and enjoy!
