2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
40g Mixed Leaf Salad
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Dried Thyme
 
110g Turkey Breast
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
25g Parmesan Cheese
 
1.5 tbsp Linseed

Instructions:

Heat half of the olive oil in a pan on medium heat

Season the turkey with salt, ground black pepper, basil, and thyme

Place the turkey in the pan and cook for 5-6 min

Flip over and cook for an additional 5-6 min, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside

Let the turkey breast fillet rest for 3 min before chopping
