Ingredients:
 
75g Lettuce
 
30g Cucumber
 
60g Bell Peppers
 
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
1 pinch Chilli Flakes
 
90g Turkey Breast
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
1 pinch Dried Parsley
 
1 Quail Egg(s)

Instructions:
1.

Slice the turkey breast and season with dried parsley, ground paprika, dried oregano, and chili flakes (optional)

Heat half the amount of olive oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add sliced turkey and cook for about 10 min or until the turkey cooks through

Meanwhile, in a small pot with boiling water, add the egg and cook for about 8 min for a hard-boiled yolk

4.

Add chopped vegetables to a bowl

Add turkey and sliced egg

Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle the rest of the olive oil
