80g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
23ml Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Black Pepper
 
35g Rocket (Arugula)
 
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
 
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
 
1 tbsp Flaxseed
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1.

Boil the eggs in a pot with simmering water for about 10 min for hard-boiled eggs or until desired doneness

Cool, peel, and cut in quarters
