Ingredients:
 
75g Broccoli
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
60g Bacon
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
100g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
45g Greek Yoghurt

Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Add the broccoli florets and boil for 2-3 min until tender

Drain and set aside

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add bacon slices and cook for 1-2 min on each side until crispy

Remove the bacon from the pan and crumble it

In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil

Add cherry tomatoes, bacon, and broccoli to a bowl

Drizzle the prepared yoghurt sauce over the salad
