150g Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
120g Beetroot
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
 
120g Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Add rocket leaves and lemon juice into a bowl, and toss until thoroughly combined

Drain the can of beetroot, cut them into smaller chunks, and season with salt and ground black pepper

Serve the mozzarella cheese with dressed rocket leaves and beetroot chunks

Drizzle over olive oil, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and season everything with more salt and ground black pepper
