100g Cauliflower
 
2 tsp Sunflower Seeds
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Tahini
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Boil 591 ml of water in a medium-sized pot, add cauliflower and cook for 5 min

Heat the oil in a pan, add boiled cauliflower and fry for 1-2 min until slightly browned

Transfer cauliflower onto the plate, drizzle tahini, sprinkle sunflower seeds, parsley, parmesan cheese and enjoy!
