90g (3.00 cup) Spinach

1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
240g White Mushrooms
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Spray a baking pie pan with cooking oil

Add spinach to the pie pan and layer mushrooms

3.

Whisk eggs together with double cream

Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper

Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in the pie pan

5.

Bake for 40 min or until the centre is set and the top is golden brown
