These juicy pork chops are the perfect keto meal! Tender and flavorful, they are quick and easy to prepare. Perfectly seasoned and seared to perfection, the pork chops are then finished off in the oven. This dish is a crowd-pleaser that will leave you feeling satisfied and full of energy.

1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 sprig Rosemary
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 375°F/200°C

Season pork chops generously with salt and ground black pepper

In a bowl, mix together room temperature butter, rosemary, and minced garlic

Set aside

In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil then add pork chops

Sear until golden, about 4 min, flip and cook for another 4 min

Brush pork chops generously with garlic butter

Place the skillet into the oven and cook for about 25-30 min (depending on pork thickness)

Turn the pork chops halfway through the cooking time

When the internal temperature of a pork chop reaches at least 155F°/68°C, remove it from the oven set it aside to rest
