Ingredients:
 
130g Pork Chop
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Butter
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
80g Asparagus
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
150g (1.00 cup) Cherry Tomatoes
 
3 pinches Dried Oregano
 
3 pinches Dried Basil

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 190°C

Season the pork chop with salt, ground black pepper, oregano, and basil

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic

Set aside

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, then add pork chop

Sear until golden, about 4 min, then flip and cook for 4 min more

Brush pork chop generously with prepared garlic butter

Cut off and discard the woody ends of asparagus and add them to the skillet together with the pork chop

Place the skillet in the oven and cook until cooked through, for about 10-12 min

Serve with the remaining garlic butter and cherry tomatoes
