5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
2 tbsp Tomato Puree

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 205°C and line a baking tray with baking paper

Add 23g of grated parmesan cheese on baking paper

Repeat with all the cheese

Add a slice of chorizo to each batch of grated cheese

Let it cool and serve with tomato sauce
