Ingredients:
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
100g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
1 Egg(s)
 
5g Ginger
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
1 tbsp Coriander (Cilantro)
 
70g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 
2 tsp Soy Sauce
 
3 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 drop Liquid Stevia

Instructions:
1.

Heat half of the sesame oil in a large frying pan

Add garlic and ginger

Saute for 30 sec, then, add rinsed shrimps and cook for 3-4 min or until pink

Add tamari and stevia liquid

Stir well and transfer to a bowl

Using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler julienne the courgette

Whisk the egg/eggs together with double cream, then, in the same pan heat the remaining sesame oil on low heat

Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook stirring constantly for 1 min

Throw in courgette noodles and stir until the egg is cooked through and the noodles are coated

Add shrimps to courgette noodle pan and mix everything well, then, transfer onto a plate, squeeze some lime juice and sprinkle coriander
