35g Cherry Tomatoes
 
70g Pork Sausage
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:

Whisk eggs with double cream, add chopped vine tomatoes, and chopped sausage

Season with ground black pepper

Heat the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat

Pour the egg mixture into the centre of the pan and cook for 15-20 sec

Then swirl the egg mixture around in the pan to coat the sides and cook for about 4-5 min

Use a spatula to loosen the edges of the omelette and carefully flip it over to cook for an additional 1-2 min
