10ml Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
10ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
25g Salmon Fillet
 
80g Broccoli
 
15g Cream Cheese
 
2 sprigs Dill

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add broccoli and fry for 4 min until soft

Set aside

Meanwhile, whisk eggs with double cream, salt, and ground black pepper

Pour egg mixture into the same nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook for 2-3 min
